The orders shipping to an international destination will ship via UPS/or international courier or shipping agent from our fulfillment center in the Kingdom of Bahrain or directly from our manufacturer in Europe, US and Asia. We need 3-5 business days to process your order. When your order is placed we will contact you via email within 1-2 business days with the final estimation of shipping for your order.
You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed. This may result in an additional charge. We won’t ship any order internationally without your prior approval and the payment of the final shipping charges.
For international shipments we use Worldwide International Services. Owing to regular fluctuations in exchange rates all price quotes are given in U.S. Dollars. The shipping cost doesn’t include duty, tax, or brokerage fees.
International orders are shipped only when the ordered items are in stock.
All goods are shipped after duties and taxes are collected. Amwaj Company is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or any return shipping. All these charges are the responsibility of the beneficiary.
The product that is in unsealed/opened/used condition can’t be returned.
Products marked as “Non-returnable” isn’t returned
We don’t take something back simply because you don’t like the product. In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from our manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned product brand mentioned on the package or let us know and we’ll help you regarding the same.
We offer returns only if a package was received as damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at md@amwajcompany.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
