Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link or on the button.
  • You will be able to cancel an order in 5 days from the time it is dispatched from the seller.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Refund and return Policy

Customers shall get a Refund against the Cancellation of the Order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, Net banking, or Third-Party Wallet in 21 days. No refund whatsoever will be made for any claim will be accepted that come after the specified days of your rider placement.

Refund against Return:

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options.
  • The refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.
  • Refund is credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
  • In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Amwaj reserves the right to refund the amount to the Wallet of the customer.
  • Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI IDentered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 7 to 15 working days. It is important to note that there may be delays in refunds as they’re handled by the Bank.
